ABOUT CAROLINE
Based in Hackney, I teach yoga, including Flow, Yin, and Yang/Yin, and reformer Pilates (group and 1-2-1), with mat Pilates joining from end of August 2026.
Alongside studio classes, I run workshops, sound baths, and wellbeing sessions for teams.
