Sound baths and wellbeing workshops for teams.
Plus bespoke seasonal events, e.g. floral or Christmas wreath-making with an expert florist, combined with either an accessible yoga or breathwork class and soundbath.
ABOUT CAROLINE
I'm a Hackney-based yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and six years of teaching. My work spans Flow, Yin and Yang/Yin with sound, with Reformer Pilates joining from 2026.
I teach in studios, run workshops and sound baths, and design wellbeing sessions for teams.
