Wellbeing sessions for teams

Sound, breath, movement and moments of stillness — memorable experiences for your team, your guests, or your private event.

The best experiences are ones everyone can enjoy. My sessions bring people together through sound, breath, creativity and movement in ways that are accessible to all and genuinely memorable.

Every session is designed for the specific group, from intimate groups of six to larger groups of up to twenty. Whether you are a business celebrating the end of the year, welcoming a new cohort, or simply giving your team something restorative and different, I’ll create something that fits.

I work with companies, hotels and private clients — designing sessions for team away days, guest wellness programmes, private celebrations, and seasonal events.

offerINGS

Sound baths

Deep listening sessions using crystal bowls, Tibetan brass bowls, tingsha and koshi chimes.

You lie down, closes yout eyes, and let sound do the work.

No experience needed, no physical demand, profoundly settling for the nervous system. Works for groups of any size up to about 20. 45–60 minutes.

BREATH & WELLBEING WORKSHOPS

Practical, hands-on sessions teaching simple breathwork techniques.

Sessions usually end with a relaxing sound bath.

Participants leave with tools they can actually use — at their desk, before a presentation, when they can’t sleep. I produce a take-home booklet so techniques aren’t forgotten the next morning.

seasonal WORKSHOPS

Wreath-making and sound bath (winter). Flower arranging and sound bath (spring and summer). A combination of making something beautiful with your hands and then settling into deep rest with sound.

These are the sessions people talk about for months afterwards - genuinely memorable, easy to organise, and a brilliant alternative to the usual team drinks. Something creative, calming and inclusive that everyone can enjoy. Designed for groups up to 20.

We can also provide drinks and refreshments alongside any session.

YOGA & MOVEMENT SESSIONS

Gentle sessions can be done seated, standing or lying down — no flexibility, fitness or prior experience needed. Designed for people who've never tried anything like this before, everyone will feel comfortable and included from the moment they arrive.

Alternatively, if the team wants to try a more challenging dynamic class this can also be arranged.

We can also look at hiring a Reformer studio for Pilates for smaller corporate groups that would like to give that a try.

I have venues available in London, or if you’re running an away day elsewhere or prefer your own office, I can come to you. Most clients book 12 weeks ahead, particularly for seasonal workshops.

The process is simple: a short conversation about what you’re looking for, a proposal with format and pricing, and then I handle everything on the day.

For sessions with my florist partner (Claire Morgan), we coordinate together so you have a single point of contact.

Pricing is bespoke and depends on the format, group size and location.

HOW IT WORKS

If you have a theme, an occasion, or an idea for an event, get in touch and we'll design something around it. We can combine any of our offerings — floristry, sound, yoga, breathwork — and tailor them to your brief.

For example, a Day of the Dead dinner party with a themed floral workshop or tablescape from Claire Morgan followed by a gong bath. A summer solstice evening combining yoga and sound outdoors. A new year reset workshop with breathwork and yin.

Case Study: Sound and Breath Workshop for the Sparks Award

I designed a session for the winners of the Sparks Award, run by Big Change. The brief was to support a group of young social impact leaders with practical tools for managing stress.

I combined a sound bath with breathwork techniques, and produced a take-home booklet so participants could revisit the techniques afterwards. The session was designed to be grounding and practical — real tools people could take away and use.
